Spring is here, and what better way to celebrate with warm weather, food & drinks, and fun? But instead of going through the hassle of organizing your own backyard barbeque, why not join us for our second annual "Taste of Upper Windermere" event?

The Event of the Year

We are thrilled to invite you to join us for an unforgettable evening of food & drinks, music, and fun. The event will be held in our Private Leisure Centre, as well as on Warry Link, directly adjacent to the Leisure Centre for a beautiful outdoor space with plenty of room for everyone to enjoy themselves.

The main attraction of the evening will be a variety of food from local businesses, serving up some of the best appetizers, mains, and desserts that you've ever tasted. Whether you're a meat lover or a vegetarian, there will be something for everyone. From juicy burgers to grilled vegetables and everything in between, we've got your taste buds covered.

In addition to delicious food, we'll also have live music and entertainment to keep you dancing and singing all night long. Whether you prefer classic rock or the latest pop hits, we've got a great lineup of music and talented musicians to keep you entertained.

And we didn't forget about the kids of course ... with face-painting, cosplay party entertainers, massive inflatable slides, lawn games & more, there is no shortage of fun to be had at this action packed event.

It's the perfect opportunity to gather with friends, family, and neighbors to enjoy the summer weather and indulge in some mouth-watering food. So why not take a break from the kitchen and let us handle the cooking?

Anything Else We Need To Know?

The event is open to all residents of Upper Windermere (guests are not allowed) and you must bring photo government issued identification that can verify your address as a Upper Windermere resident and your birthdate. Any regularly scheduled activities, including the pool will be shut down for the entire day on June 24th and will reopen as usual on June 25th.

So bring your appetite, your kids (and even your best singing voices!) and mark your calendars for June 24, 2023 from 4:00 - 10:00 pm and join us for a Taste of UW. It's guaranteed to be a night to remember!
