What's New at the 2026 Taste of Upper Windermere!

We are officially counting down to one of our favourite events of the year: the 5th Annual Taste of UW! It is on June 20th from 4:00 - 8:00 pm at the Private Leisure Centre. Please note: this is an event specifically put on for Upper Windermere residents only. No guests are allowed during this event.
What to Expect?
Whether you are a new resident or anUpper Windermere resident attending the Taste of UW for the first time, we’re excited to welcome you!
This event is all about bringing the community together for a fun, relaxed, and memorable experience. It’s a great opportunity to get familiar with residence life, meet the people around you, and start building connections in your new home.
During the event, you can look forward to a lively atmosphere featuring a bouncy castle, a wide selection of food trucks, music, face painters, and more. There will also be spaces to hang out, enjoy refreshments, and take part in the activities at your own pace, including alcohol service for eligible attendees.
Most importantly, Taste of UW is designed to help you meet your neighbours, make new friends, and feel part of the community—whether you come with people you already know or are attending on your own.

New This Year: Early Check-In Options
To help make the event experience smoother for everyone, we are introducing several early check-in opportunities. Residents who would like to pick up their wristbands ahead of time can visit us during one of the following dates at the leisure centre.
Thursday, June 11, 2026 | 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Tuesday, June 16, 2026 | 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Wednesday, June 17, 2026 | 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM
*Please remember to bring government-issued photo ID, as well as proof of residency within the Upper Windermere boundaries.
** All HOA fees must be paid and up-to-date in order to attend.
*** If you lose your wristbands, replacements CANNOT be issued, so it is the owner's responsibility to keep them safe until the event date.
How to Qualify for Early Check-In
To take advantage of early check-in, please complete the pre-registration form:
Can't Make an Early Check-In Date?
No problem!
Simply complete the pre-registration form and check in on the day of the event. Residents who have pre-registered will have access to an express line for quicker entry. We will confirm your residence using your photo ID and have your wristbands ready for pickup.
