Get ready, Upper Windermere! Our 4th Annual Summer BBQ - on June 21, 2025 -is just around the corner, and it’s shaping up to be the highlight of the season! We’re bringing the community together once again for an unforgettable day of food, fun, music, and connection — but this year, there are a few important updates you need to know before showing up.

📅 Date: Saturday, June 21, 2025

🕓 Time: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM

📍 Location: Upper Windermere Private Leisure Centre

🔒 Resident-Only Event

This BBQ is exclusively for Upper Windermere residents. Guests are not permitted. To attend, your household must meet the following requirements:

✅ ENTRY REQUIREMENTS – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

1. HOA Fees Must Be Paid by June 15, 2025

   • All outstanding HOA fees must be paid in full by June 15.

   • After June 15, unpaid accounts will be sent to collections, and online payment options will no longer be available.

   • Households with unpaid HOA fees after this deadline will be denied entry to the event. No exceptions.

     
     
     
     

     2. Wristband Pickup & Registration

   • During busy times, there will be multiple registration desks, organized by address number to speed up the initial entry into the event.

   • You must bring government-issued photo ID showing your current Upper Windermere address.

   • All residents of your household must be present at the time of check-in to receive their wristbands. Wristbands will be put on by staff.

   • No additional wristbands can be obtained after initial check-in, so plan accordingly!

🍔 Food & Drink Details

• Enjoy delicious options from local food vendors and refreshing drinks — all on a first come, first served basis.

• One plate per person from any vendor. That means no collecting extra plates for others in your household.

  • This helps us reduce food waste and manage costs, while ensuring everyone gets to enjoy the offerings.
