Food Bank Fundraiser

The joyous holiday season is among us! However, for many families in the Edmonton area, it's an extra burden on top of the daily struggle to bring in enough food for their family.

Up to 20% of Edmonton families are food insecure; lacking reliable access to a sufficient quanitity of afforadable, nutritious food.

Every day, many families across our city go to sleep hungry as they are unable to provide enough, nutritious food on the table. Therefore, I ask all residents to make a monetary donation towards the Edmonton Food Bank this season! This is a great cause - no child needs to go hungry this holiday season!

How Can You Help?

As we are setting up and organizing our Holiday Event, I would like to challenge all families to donate a minimum of $5.00. Monetary donations allow the Food Bank to purchase large quantities of high quality food at a much lower price point than the local consumer.
