Nestled within the Upper Windermere community, the Private Leisure Centre boasts a heated outdoor pool, providing residents with a refreshing escape during the warmer months. The pool typically opens on June 1st and remains operational until September long weekend, weather permitting

Safety and Guidelines
While the pool offers a delightful experience, it's essential to note that lifeguards are not always present. Residents are advised to use the pool at their own risk and ensure children under 12 are accompanied by an adult at all times. Life jackets are available in various sizes near the exit gate, subject to availability.
In the event of extreme weather conditions, such as lightning or thunder, the pool will close and will not reopen until one hour after the weather subsides.
Accessing the Leisure Centre
All resident households are provided with a key fob granting access to the leisure centre during its operating hours, which are from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM daily . Residents must carry a photo government-issued ID and present it upon request. It's crucial not to open the gate for others, even if they are known residents, as access may be restricted for various reasons.
Adult-Only Swim
Looking for a quieter, more relaxed swim? Residents can enjoy adult-only swim time every Monday from 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM. It's a perfect opportunity to unwind, get in some laps, or simply enjoy the peaceful atmosphere.
