Windermere Residents
Homeowners Association

The Windermere Residents Homeowners Association is responsible for maintaining current operations and making decisions to maintain and improve our community of Upper Windermere. The annual general meeting (AGM) happens in the spring every year (around June) and we are always looking for volunteers.

 

Those of you interested in joining the process, can be nominated to join the Board of Directors. Keep an eye and ear out for the upcoming AGM date!

Facility Staff

Carolyn

Facility Manager

Carolyn is the person behind the scenes organizing staff schedules, training, overseeing facility improvements and renovations, and making sure the facility is ready to go every season!  She is also responsible for creating and organizing all our family-friendly events in Upper Windermere.  She provides valuable feedback to the Board of Directors on a monthly basis. 

Nathan

Facility Assistant Manager & Lead Lifeguard 

If you have ever spent anytime at the facility, you've probably interacted with Nathan! He is Carolyn's eyes & ears when she isn't on site and is our Lead Lifeguard, providing guidance and feedback to the other lifeguards on duty.  He also runs events around the facility, including our Hockey Skills & Shinny event.
